Our Group Personal Training program is designed to provide our members with a complete selection of safe and productive training techniques in a small group setting for an effective and cost efficient session. The Group Personal Training program will allow members practice a wide variety of training techniques to maximize fitness results including:

  • CIRCUIT TRAINING
  • UNDERSTANDING SETS & REPETITIONS
  • FREE WEIGHT VARIATIONS
  • ISO-LATERAL TRAINING
  • NEGATIVE ACCENTUATED TRAINING
  • SPLIT TRAINING ROUTINES

The Group Personal Training program includes 3 one-hour personal training sessions per week and can lasts for 12 weeks. Group Training is for two to four members. All sessions are continuous for 12 weeks whether all group members come to the sessions or not. Program price is as follows:

  • 2 person group: 12 week total cost $1,350 per person or EFT $450 per person per month for 3 months
  • 3 person group: 12 week total cost $1,050 per person or EFT $350 per person per month for 3 months
  • 4 person group: 12 week total cost $900 per person or EFT $300 per person per month for 3 months

Personal Trainers

We offer 30 to 60 minute health & fitness personal training sessions by nationally certified health & fitness experts. Our motivating training sessions are offered one-on-one and in small group, and participants see the results they look for. Michael Tank has been working out on and off all his life but never really took it seriously until the summer of 2006. It was then, living on Miami Beach and laying out on the beautiful sands of 12th Street Beach, that he looked at his surroundings and decided to make a real change in his life. This alteration of his lifestyle grew into much more than the vanity of looking good, it developed into a healthy way of life and a positive attitude. Michael soon found himself immersed in fitness and nutrition, which was much more satisfying than simply working out to look good. Michael's goal for his clients is not just to instruct them what to do in their workout, but to teach them how to achieve their goals and understand their own body.
